Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing ShopDiscountSale. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every automotive interior accessory you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance.
- Any product that has been installed, used, altered, or shows signs of damage.
- Any item not returned in its original protective packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us First: Email our support team at service_04@163.com within the return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address. Returns shipped without an RA number may not be processed.
- Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number inside, and ship to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for defective items or items we incorrectly shipped.
- To request an exchange, please contact us at service_04@163.com with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.
Return Shipping & Address
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns must be sent only to the specific warehouse address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our general company office address.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service_04@163.com. Include photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
